Convertible hip pack/bar bag (Next Adventure, Portland for $10)
2 medium Novara panniers (CL- 3 for $50 but only needed 2)

I LOVE my setup. Smooth ride that lets me rocket down hills and stay grounded to power back up them.

..now if only it was a motorcycle
